What to expect when meeting with a personal trainer:
    I. Goal setting: Goals are the most important aspect of starting
       Any fitness program and will be the guiding element for your
       success.
  II. Body Composition Testing: Body composition is the ratio of  
       muscle to fat in our bodies and tells us much more than weight
       alone.  It is extremely important to determine your starting point
       prior to developing a fitness program.  Trainers will also monitor
       your success throughout the program to ensure effectiveness.
 III. Nutrition and Lifestyle Counseling: Did you know that 80%
       of your success is dependent on what you are eating?  Our
       Personal Trainers will work with you to ensure you are getting    
       the proper nourishment to attain those goals.
  IV. Hydration Requirements: Your body is made up of more than
       60% water and your Personal Trainer will ensure that you are
       properly hydrating yourself to get the most out of your
       workouts!
    V. Cardio, Resistance Training and Flexibility: Your personal
       trainer will ensure you are maximizing your workout by reaching
       your target heart rate zone, slowly increasing your resistance
       training program, while increasing your flexibility to decrease the
       risk of injury in your day-to-day life!
